Creating Time
Generally, you will receive your purchase in 1–3 weeks after the order is placed. For quantity orders, please contact us at support@vaelart.com to confirm the accurate time frame.
Packing & Delivery
The works are packaged by VAELART and adhere to a standardized packaging process.

Ships in a tube (Canvas only): Your painting will arrive rolled in a durable hard paper tube. This method is particularly safe for oversized works and also reduces shipping costs. Rolled works can be easily stretched onto wooden stretcher bars and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival.

Ships in a cardboard box (Small-size stretched / framed): The item will ship flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box with ample internal support.

Ships in a crate (Large-size stretched / framed): Large artworks are shipped in a custom-built wooden crate designed for safe global transport, tightly sealed and firmly secured.
Can I update my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be updated once they have entered the shipping stage. If you need to make a change, please contact us at support@vaelart.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the item has not been shipped. Please contact support@vaelart.com or log into your account to request a cancellation.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We work with DHL, FedEx, UPS, SF Express and TNT to ensure reliable delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are included in the price, regardless of destination. No hidden fees at checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on your location. Orders are typically processed and delivered within 5–7 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Is the delivery insured?
Absolutely. VAELART organizes and fully insures the transport of every artwork. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs.
Can I get artworks delivered to a different address or person?
We will deliver to the address provided in your order. If it is a surprise or a gift, please let us know in advance so we can arrange delivery accordingly.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Hassle-free returns and exchanges.

Return it for a full refund or receive a replacement with equal ease. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the painting in its original package and condition within 30 days of receipt. Please contact support@vaelart.com to initiate a return.
How long does a refund take to process?
Once we receive the returned items, we will process the refund within 3 business days. For PayPal account holders, the transaction will appear within 3 business days. For credit card refunds, please allow 7–14 business days for the transaction to be completed.
Lost & Damages
We pack all paintings with extreme care; however, damage during transit may still occur. If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

1. Ask the courier to note the damage on the waybill.

2. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and artwork.

3. Send the photos to us within 48 hours.

We will intervene immediately and arrange professional after-sales service free of charge, including a replacement or full refund. Please keep the damaged painting and packaging until the issue is resolved.
What forms of payment do you accept?
VAELART currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
I don't have a PayPal account. What should I do?
You may pay with your card via PayPal without an account. Click Check out with PayPal, then select Pay with Debit or Credit Card. Fill in your billing information, enter your email for the receipt, and click Continue to return to VAELART. Your payment is only sent once you click Submit order.
International Taxes & Duties
We offer global tax-inclusive shipping. All applicable import taxes and customs duties are covered in your purchase price, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience.
